How to Use:

Shake the Grounded Mist well. Close your eyes and spray around your feet and lower body, focusing on the root chakra. Breathe deeply, feeling the Earth's energy grounding you. Use during grounding practices, meditation, or when you feel scattered or overwhelmed.

• Distilled water: Provides the pure base for the mist, ensuring a light and refreshing feel on your skin.
