How We Ship
We ship orders on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays via Australia Post. If you place your order before 12 PM (AEST) on a shipping day, it will be sent out that same day. If you order after that, it will be shipped the next available shipping day.
Delivery & Shipping Costs
- Free Express Shipping for orders over $100.
- Orders under $100:
- $11 Standard Shipping
- $16 Express Shipping

In-Store Pickup
Prefer to collect your order in person? We offer in-store pickup so you can step into the energy of the space when receiving your items.
- Orders placed before 12 PM (AEST) on a business day will be ready same day.
- Orders placed after 12 PM (AEST) will be available next business day.
We’ll email you when your order is ready for pickup.
Email & Recorded Readings
If you’ve ordered an email tarot reading or a recorded reading, please allow up to 5 days for your reading to be completed and delivered to your inbox. These readings are not just a service—they are a sacred transmission, requiring deep connection and energetic alignment. Thank you for your patience as your reading comes into being.
